DED Pro produces and processes pyrotechnic compositions intended for use in ammunition components and specialised technical applications.
Our production covers several groups of pyrotechnic compositions with different functional properties.
Tracer pyrotechnic compositions
They are used in specialised pyrotechnic components designed to produce a visible trace. This group includes, for example, the compositions TG-3b and TS-5a.
Incendiary pyrotechnic compositions
They provide the incendiary function in pyrotechnic and ammunition systems. Examples are the compositions SC-1, V-11 and VT-4.
Pressing of pyrotechnic compositions
Our technological capabilities include automated production of pressed cylindrical elements from pyrotechnic compositions and black powder.
This technology makes it possible to produce shaped pyrotechnic components according to the requirements of a specific product and its technical documentation.
