Contact form

If you write to us through the form, we process your name, e-mail address, the text of the message and any data you provide in it yourself. We use them only to handle your enquiry and to reply.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the enquiry leads to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, that is our legitimate interest in replying to a message we received.

The form sends the message by e-mail to our mailbox. The message and the form data are not stored on the web server. We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry.

Providing the data is voluntary. Without a name, e-mail address and message, however, we cannot reply to you.

Technical server logs

When you visit the website, the hosting provider's server automatically records technical data: IP address, time of access, the requested page and the browser type. It serves to secure and operate the website, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and is kept only for as long as needed for that purpose.

Who receives the data

The website and the mailbox are operated for us by WebHouse, s.r.o., Paulínska 20, 917 01 Trnava, Company ID (IČO) 36 743 852, as a processor. We do not share the data with anyone else.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and the right to data portability where the data is processed on the basis of a contract.
