About us
DED Pro, s.r.o. (defence engineering development production) is a Slovak manufacturing and trading company in the defence industry. It builds on long-standing expertise and on the tradition of weapons and ammunition production in Martin and Dubnica nad Váhom.
Although we are a young company, we rely on a team with extensive experience in the chemical and defence industries, weapon and ammunition design, production technology, pyrotechnics and safety engineering.

Above all, we are a manufacturer of ammunition components and pyrotechnic compositions.
We have our own production premises and technology base, which make it possible to carry out specialised production in line with technical, quality and safety requirements.
Our activities include the production of ammunition components, the production and processing of pyrotechnic compositions, and automated pressing of pyrotechnic elements.
An expert team as the basis of our capabilities
The DED Pro team consists of experienced chemists, technologists, design engineers, Group E pyrotechnicians and qualified explosives workers.
An important part of our expertise is safety engineering, including specialisation in the prevention of major industrial accidents (SEVESO), explosion protection, occupational health and safety, and fire protection.
In these areas we also draw on more than 20 years of professional experience in the chemical and defence industries.
Combining design, chemical, technological and safety knowledge lets us approach special production comprehensively, with regard to the function of the product, the requirements of the production process, and its quality and safety.
Training and education
DED Pro is a training facility authorised by the State Mining Office of the Slovak Republic.
Under this authorisation we provide training for work with explosives, explosive articles and ammunition, and training in the direct organisation and management of such work, within the scope of the authorisation granted.
We see this activity as a natural continuation of our technical and safety expertise and as a contribution to the development of qualified workers in the sector.

Thanks to our technical background and the experience of our expert team, we can approach trading projects not only from the point of view of supplying a product, but also of its technical purpose, quality and safety requirements and the relevant documentation.
